1.2 million-square-foot development proposed for prime Denver site

The developer will need to complete community outreach as part of plan's review process.

A prime site in Denver’s River North Art District could soon be home to more than 1 million square feet of development.

That’s according to recently disclosed new details for the project proposed on the 6.7-acre Denver Rock Drill site by Denver-based OliverBuchanan Group.
